Rachael Turner, General Manager ActewAGL Retail
As General Manager Retail, Rachael is responsible for developing retail energy markets, customer acquisition strategies, sales and marketing, wholesale activities and retail regulation.
Rachael has over seventeen years’ experience with ActewAGL and has held a number of senior, strategic roles across the business. She has broad experience in a range of areas including customer relations, wholesale energy settlements, retail regulation, product development and marketing. Rachael has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and holds a number of business and psychology qualifications, including an MBA from Charles Sturt University. Most recently, Rachael completed sustainability studies through the University of Tasmania.
