Who is eligible for the ceiling insulation upgrade?
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for the upgrade:
- Resident of the ACT with an ActewAGL electricity plan.
- Ceiling insulation R-value at R2 or lower.
- Holders of specified concession cards.
Those experiencing financial hardship may also be eligible to access the offer with a referral from a specified community organisation or by accessing ActewAGL's hardship program.
